Legal Question in DUI Law in California

arraignment

If the DA is not ready to present its case on the day of my arraignment can I have the case dismissed. I was stopped for speeding at 120 MPH and had breath BAL readings of .08, .082, and .078.

Re: arraignment

You would have to be very lucky for the DA not to be prepared on your case. In any event they do not have to be ready at the time of arraignment, just at trial. Sounds like you might have a case a good lawyer might be able to beat, at least as to the DUI.
