Legal Question in DUI Law in California

I was arrested and the citation said DUI, however I pased the breatholizer test and the policeman has determined that I was under the influence due to not being able to walk toe to toe on a straight line. They took only a urine test. DO you think that I will be able to get this resolved without hiring an attorney? My preliminary hearing is 2 weeks?
