Can i beat my DUI case

I was coming home from a night club after having two double shots of patrone and five blocks from my home i get pulled over. I have to take all the field test that the give because i do not belive that im impared at all. it is about 2 15 at night and he has me doing the test in a parking lot hill. when he showed me how to do it he was almost falling over. then he makes me take a breath test and he said it was .16 and i have to go to a first chance place. i have never seen a police officer wanting to get me. he was eating a candy and when they gave me the blood test the person was eating a sucker. i do take medican for my wrist everyday 1 metrotecsade, folice acide and vicadine. Is there any way i can fight this case or am i just going to have to bite the bullet.

First of all, your BAL was .16. That's not even borderline. Second, you take medication that could impair your driving if taken with alcohol. I think you are going to have to bite the bullet on this one. Recently I represented someone whose BAL was only .03, but he was taking 4 medications that, if taken with alcohol, could cause impaired driving. He was found to be under the influence. Of course, we got rid of four other charges, but he was stuck with driving under the influence.
