Legal Question in DUI Law in California
My boyfrind was on probation in California for 3rd offense DUI and left and moved to Georgia. He was recently arrested for trying to flee and elude police when he tried to avoid a police road block. Will he be extradited back to California?

It's anybody's guess. Maybe loser-boyfriend will be allowed to do all of his Georgia time before he gets extradited.

Only if he's charged with a Felony.
Typically, 3rd offense DUI is a misdemeanor (unless felony DUI because of an accident or felony DUI prior). But if he was fleeing and eluding, and a felony is filed, he can be extradited.
If a misdemeanor, no.
