Legal Question in DUI Law in California

My brother is being charged with three vc's two felonies and one misdemeanor, he is also being charged with one pc felony, if we bail him out what are the chances he will stay out ? or how long will he stay out for?

how much jail time will estimated ?

You haven't listed WHAT the felonies or misdemeanors are. If he posts bail, he will remain out until the case is over or if he screws up and they revoke his bail and take him back in.

Without knowing what he is charged with, there is absolutely no way of knowing what sentence he might receive and whether or not he is going back in.

Talk to his lawyer before making this decision. Sometimes, as lousy as it seems, posting bail is not worth the cost for a short time out.
