Legal Question in DUI Law in California
In California DUI what is the E-PAS?Is that the only test taken for evidentiary or does a person have to take another at the station?And does it record all the samples taken if more than two are taken?Thanks!

Sometimes they take another at the station, sometimes they don't. The machines are supposed to record all tests. The attorney you hire will know how to pry this information loose from the prosecutor's death grip.
