Legal Question in DUI Law in California

In California, is it legal for a 19 year old to drink alcohol in their own home? Does it require parental permission? Is it legal for parents to knowingly or unknowingly provide the alcohol? In this case, there is no party or group of people involved, so the question is about a single individual. Also, in this case there is NO driving involved, so this question may be mis-categorized.
