charged with dui with prior informal probabtion
my boyfriend just got dui and had about a year left of informal probation from driving with a suspended license. his court date is tomorrow. what will would usually be the out come of this? jail? please help thanks

Your boyfriend should attempt to hire an attorney tonight. This is not something you should walk into callously. Depending on the court, and on the prosecutor, your boyfriend very likely could face jail.
You need a good attorney now.
