clueless about 1st time dui offense, need help

Arrested for dui, told bac was .11 about hour after being taken in. Released 6 hours later, car not impounded, still have license in my possesion. What exactly am i facing as far as fines and suspension go? Is there any way someone can give me an estimate of the entire cost of this process? lawyer fees and all? Im 20 and active duty marine, stationed in california but license is from texas. also heard something about the officer being required to ask permission to drive your vehicle, is this true, because it never happend. What about restricted work license? Have no idea what i need to do. Please help.

You need to be represented by an attorney. Generally the first offense results in 6 days on the weekend work program, a substantial fine, and a restricted license for 6 months.
