Cocaine/DUI
Presuming innocense, how does cocaine show up in a blood sample from a person that does not use the drug?

If this happened to a client of mine I would request a "split" which is a test of the same blood sample, done at an independent lab. Are you sure somebody didn't give you something to smoke which could have contained cocaine?

The person came into contact with cocaine somehow. This contact may have been innocent. An expert witness will be necessary to testify as to how the cocaine could get into the blood stream without the person using cocaine.
