what happens in court if the police wrote wrong descriptions on report write up?
example: Male (gender) blue (eye color)
Im an obvious female with brown eyes.
How would I know if the blood alcahol is correct?

Your attorney would certainly use that information to attack the officer's credibility.
The officer might be able to explain it with something as simple as attaching the wrong page to a report or checking the wrong box on a computer form.
Some officers prepare "cookie-cutter" reports in DUI cases, just changing the name and other personal details. It can be very effective to obtain the officer's reports in other DUI cases to show that the officer claims that everybody does exactly the same thing when stopped for a DUI.
