Legal Question in DUI Law in California

i have recently been charged with a dui. i was driving my car and crashed into a telephone pole nobody was hurt it was just me in the car. i got my police report and it read that my blood achole level was d.u.i + .08 whats that mean it was done by breatholizer due to accident i was taken to the hospitol and then released. no ticket was givin just police report and i still have my licence in hand. i have a court date and my job requires me to drive what do u think will happin this is my first affence.

At the first hearing, you will be arraigned. This means you plead not guilty or guilty. You should get an attorney like myself to represent you so you do not have to appear in front of a judge, unless you were charged with a felony DUI.
