Legal Question in DUI Law in California
DMV Hearing
I requested a DMV Hearing to defend my DUI charges and I am unsure of what to do next without representation. If I can not afford representation, should or can I cancel the hearing request?

Re: DMV Hearing
If you cancel the hearing your license will be suspended. If you cannot afford an attorney check out the Nolo Press book "How to Fight Your Traffic Ticket". This book may provide some help you prepare for the hearing.
