ok

if your driving and ur alcohol level is 0.7 your under the age of 20,the car in front of you is a drunk driver she crashes into the wall and you hit her from behind that person dies?why is it ur fault?

Because somebody's freaking -dead-. That's why you got charged. And because you were following too closely.

A good lawyer might well be able to persuade the court that you might only be guilty of underage drinking and not DUI and or vehicular manslaughter or murder or whatever you got charged with. Then your insurance company lawyer takes over and defends the civil case, assuming you were not convicted. Don't tell me you didn't have insurance either.

Go to court without the aforementioned good lawyer and you are toast.
