drunk in public while on court probation
i am on informal court probation and was arrested/detained for drunk in public. can i do jail time for this? there was no breath, blood, or urin tests. can anyone help? i really dont want to go back to jail.

It highly depends on the judge and your attorney. I would suggest hiring counsel immediately.

Please , for your sake, contact a local criminal attorney who knows how to handle these types of cases. My office has handled 100's of these.
