Legal Question in DUI Law in California

DUI blood results

I have been charged with a DUI offence. How do I go about getting access to my blood test results?

What are the pitfalls of not appointing an attorney to act on my behalf?

Re: DUI blood results

An old proverb suggests that he who acts as his own attorney has a fool for a client. Generally I think this holds true. An attorney is detached form your issue and able to look at it in a different manner.

As far as your blood tests results, they will come in your discovery, if they tested your blood, which your attorney can request with the local DA.
