DUI charges filed/ false arrest

how do i prove that i was not driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, when in fact i had a migraine and was pulled over with my engine off in a safe legal turnout, resting. i have a doctors report conferming my problem with migraines that come on suddenly. i past the blow test etc. and am still being charged with ''23152(A)''.
