Legal Question in DUI Law in California

First DUI

CHP pulled me over in SF, I live in LA. CHP was following me w/headlights off. BAC .09 & @ police station rights were read & BAC .06. DL was not suspended, in custody for 8hrs. My Q is: Should I get a lawyer? What will the outcome most likely be since this is my first offense ever? Will my license get suspended? Will I have to do community service in Bay Area? Will I have to take AA classes? Do I have to call DMV? Do I have to call my auto ins co? I cannot afford $800 for a lawyer yet alone the fine of $1300. Please help!
