Legal Question in DUI Law in California

dui classes

I am court ordered to complete l8 months of dui classes as part of my probation before I can get my license back. My question; if I don't want my license back is it still mandentory that I complete those classes?

You should request that the matter be reset on the court calendar and request that the requirement for the alcohol classes be removed from the terms of your probation.
