Will I lose my commercial drivers licence after my 1st dui offense?

If you are convicted, you WILL lose your license automatically. Secondly the DMV will likely suspend even if you are not convicted or "take a deal", as you have to be factually innocent.

You need a good DUI lawyer. There are often ways to either beat the charge or have it reduced to something else. Check out our site for more info.
