Legal Question in DUI Law in California

DUI Conviction

10 Years ago my son was convicted of a DUI. At he time he paid the fine however did not attend the DUI School that was required. His license was suspended at the time and he has not been driving for the past 10 years. We are at a point where we need to reapply for a license and I need to know what we need to do to get started.

He will have to complete the required alcohol class prior to having his license reinstated.
