Is there ANYWAY i can get my license back or am i just royally screwed?

Im moving to Las Vegas

since you cant go anywhere without driving in california

Please i need help =(

What point in the process are you at? Have you been arraigned in criminal court? Did you receive a notice from DMV? Did you respond to the notice? What drugs are we talking? Did you hire a lawyer? "Drug" DUIs can often be easier to beat than alcohol DUIs, if you have a good lawyer.
