Do yourself a favor and start attending AA or enroll in a alcohol abuse program. Then hire an attorney. If you are correct and you dui became a felony you could be looking at prison time. The drunk in public six months after the dui, may have occurred while you were on probation for the dui. Thus the dui was a violation of probation.
