Legal Question in DUI Law in California

dui

i got a dui on 8-9-2008 they have not filed against me and my name is not on the court calender for the day im suppose to be there,what do i do?is there a time limit that they have to file?

Be there. If the case is not on calendar that day, get a slip from the court clerk to prove you were there.

The prosecution has up to one year to file if it was a misdemeanor. You should consider hiring and attorney who has experience in these matters.
