DUI for a juvenille

I have a cousin he has a DUI and he is under 21 years old now his lawyer wants 3000.00 to get my cousins record clear and his mother does not have the money to drop the case what could happen his court date is next month.

I don't know what you mean when you say get his reord clear. Even if there is not a conviction the arrest will appear on his record. I would suggest getting a second opinion from another attorney.
