and i just got a dui (0.08) and my licnse is suspended i am also on probation and would like to see if you can let me no what my happen to me with i go to court this is my frist dui. I need to no if im looking at jail time?

You will receive a high fine and some jail time for the dui, assuming that you plead guilty. As for the probation violation the penalty will depend upon why you are on probation. If you are 21 or older an attorney may be able to get the dui reduced to a wet wreckless.
