dui and missed alcohol school

I was convicted, sentenced, and was attending alchohol school and AA meetings. I stopped going for 7 mos. now when I only had 4 mos to go. If I go back to court, will I get arrested?

It's a probation violation, and it's your first one. Good chance you won't be arrested, but there's a chance you will be. I would send an attorney on my behalf, who can appear without your prosence, to request that you be reinstated. Then, the attorney can at least find out whether the judge is going to want you to do jail time. If not, then at least he/she can get you reinstated. The bad part is that your license will be suspended if you don't complete the program within the one year time frame.
