possible DUI in Orange County CA

DMV verbally said they are rescinding all actions for a .01 BAL. However DA sent letter for court appearance in accident that caused damage to an empty parked car and my own. Will they take /suspend my license?

The court could theoretically suspend your license if you're convicted of a driving-related offense, but you didn't say what offense you are being charged with. Any criminal charge is worth fighting, and if it was a "wet" offense based on a .01, that would be well worth fighting!
