dui overnight medical conditions

i was pulled over for suspiscion of drunk driving, first time. i have an epileptic condintion that is only prevented by a good night's rest. i had informed both the officer and the booking officer of this, they just asked what medication i was taking and never provided any for me. i didn't sleep much that night, but upon relase, i did begin feeling muscle twitching, which is the first stages before a full seizure
