Legal Question in DUI Law in California
I had a DUI in the past recent months and the case was declined by the District Attorney; through the extremely helpful service of Law Guru and the generous attorneys that provide people like myself who don't have the money to pay for counsel, I've found out that my case being declined is due to a lack of evidence. I want to know if this means that the charges will not be filed in the future or if there is a chance that the charges will not be filed at all?

The charges can be filed if they DA so chooses. There is no guarantee. You should scrape together all the money you have and hire competent counsel. It would be nice if you knew a more concrete final answer.
