if a person gets in a car accident dui without a liscense and goes to prison and violates parole twice by getting dui without a lisense how long will that person get sent away for at the longest no one was hurt at all

A parole violation itself can be up to a year each occurrence.
Even so, you are describing new conduct (a new crime), punishable by up to 3 years in prison plus one year per the 667.5 (b) prior for a total, if I understand your facts correctly, of 4 years in prison - plus one year in jail for the 14601.2 (no license), making a grand potential total of 5 years.
Be glad no one was hurt, that could add a minimum of three years.
Perhaps this person might wish to stop driving under the influence? Just a thought.
