Legal Question in DUI Law in California

I had a DUI in 2009, potential employer wants a print out. They require no DUI within 3 years, do I qualify?

Get a printout from the DMV and do the math. Looks like it was over the 3 years to me.

You can always get the conviction expunged as well. That may allow you to say "no" as to whether you have any prior convictions.
