Re: second DUI sentence.

Hello---Thank you for your question. The potential maximum sentence for a second DUI is One year County Jail, and a total fine/assesments in most Counties of over $3,000, and loss of driver's license, and more jail for "Driving on a Suspended License" up to One Year depending on prior record, and violation of probation can be any jail or fine not already levied in the original sentencing. So, this is a serious matter that you should take action on and fight. If you would like to discuss this, please email me, or call at: (562) 929-7422. Thanks, Attorney Woodworth
