Legal Question in DUI Law in California
DUI Haven't rec'd any info
I got a DUI on July 31st of this year and I haven't heard anything from the courts. I was released from custody to the hospital and They took my drivers liscence From me. They gave me a notice that as of 30 days from the accident my drivers liscence will be suspended for 1 year. I am 20 years old and do not want to go to jail because of a mistake on either my part or the courts part. Thank you for your insight!

These things do not go away. You should have been arraigned within those 30 days during which you had a temporary license.
Perhaps the notice of arraignment went to the wrong address, which means you never received it and never went to court. If so, you likely have a failure to appear on your record and a bench warrant outstanding.
I recommend you visit a local attorney to investigate what's going on with your case.

Good luck.
