Legal Question in DUI Law in California

dui/bodily injury

Is there jail time for a DUi with bodily injury. If so for how long or is probation/community service an option. I was also underage.

There likely will be jailtime, there is no set term, but it is a felony, and the judge will look at other criteria, like your criminal history, your overall involvement with the community, and grades along with whatever else he can use to measure what he thinks your punishment should be.

There are guidelines, but generally he (the judge) has some discretion. You should hire an attorney immediately.

There4 is mandatory jail time if the injury is serious. Being underage makes it more complicated. You need an attorney to help you out with this.
