dui/wet wreckless
i got a dui 3 weeks ago and i want to fight it for a wet wreckless because the officers didnt see me drivin i was in a single car accident turnin a corner and my tire rod popped causing me to go in to a tree planter.no report was made on my accident but when the cops came up i was out of my car and it was on a tow rope they made me take it off then cited me...could i fight it?

Yes you can always fight any charge. If you were not driving, and the police did not see you drive you can fight it.
However there is a code which allows a presumption of driving. That is how the prosecution will fight your case. If you want to fight this case, call my office immediately.
