Excessive Force by Police Officer

My 27 yr. old daughter was arrested for a DUI, she was pulled over but refused to get out of the car because she wasn't fully dressed, she asked the officer to hold on. The male officer pulled her out of the car because she was resisting arrest, so he slammed her to the ground twice, and maced her, she couldn't breath, she had to be transported by ambulance and had to have a CAT scan of her head, she suffered a head concussion, her entire face swollen and bruised with deep lacerations on her arms and legs. 2 months later she still has a black eye and is now suffering from vision problems. What type of atttorney handles this type of case
