Legal Question in DUI Law in California
Expungement 1203.4 from VC 23152
Can a conviction of a DUI (VC 23152) be expunged under Penal Code 1203.4. I have no other DUI offenses, have complete probation, and violated no law since conviction in 1997.
The commissioner in OC Courts denied my petition for 1203.4 because he said a DUI is not applicable to a 1203.4.
Is that true? What should I do, I appealled it but had the same commissioner, and he denied it again.

If was prosecuted as a misdemeanor try having reduced to an infraction.
