Finding an old DUI conviction record

How would I find a 20 year old record of a drunk driving conviction in Sacramento, CA. I am applying for my real estate license, and cannot find anything in the Superior Court in Sacramento of this conviction nor do I have any records saved in my files. It is preventing me from having my license processed. I need to find out how I can provide the DRE dates, arresting agency (either Sheriff or City Police), code section, penal code, and case number.
