Legal Question in DUI Law in California
My gf went to aa last night then to her school then this morning and there threatining to terminate her cause he wrote the wrong date is this legal

If the program believes the AA card was forged they can; but there must be a justification to do so. You need to have someone deal with your girlfriend's DUI program to address the issue.
