Legal Question in DUI Law in California

Is there anything else we can do ?

My husband got a DUI in the state of Ca before we met and were married, and is now in PA. He intended on finishing up his classes(which the school was in total agreement) ,due to hardship, financial dificulty, custody issues of my own ,he asked for an extension. they granted it,and he contacted the DMV that he still couldnt make it. The school where he was going dropped him from the classes which in turn they suspended his license. Is there anything we can do ,they said he should have contacted the school , NOT the DMV, the school will not write a letter stating that there was an error, and he still cant afford to take the classes.Isnt there any classes he can take here or anything we can do ..my husband filed for bankruptcy that is how bad things are . They tell us he can have his license released next year after applying for a waiver, but is there any other way we can clear this up before that ?

Hello I am sorry to hear about your recent difficulties. There are options for you. We can contact DMV and hopefully make arrangements to get him re-enrolled in a class. Call us at 1800-327-4652 for a free consult.
