incorrect name on police report

I was recently arrested for DUI. My last name has been slightly misspelled in the police report and my SSN is also slightly incorrect. The DA's office can't find my record using the correct spelling. Could this be grounds for the dismissal of my case?

It may result in no prosecution. Did they get your DL# correct? Have you received anything in the mail? You want to be careful and should go to any court appearances. You will probably be prosecuted as the mistakes on the ticket can be dismissed as diminimus in the eyes of the court. The major issue is whether you were driving and was your BAC over the legal limit (.08%). Why did they take your SSN?
