Legal Question in DUI Law in California

Lack of Payment Causing a Warrent.....

I had a family emergency and missed ALL the court requirements!!!! I got a ''Zero Tolerance'' deal, since I was 20 with a .07 .... Well I received a warrant in the mail while I was gone.... ''Primary Charge: VC23140(A)''....??? Yea, Im not sure what would be my best move...

I've had several people say I just go into court and they'll reinstate my time to do all the court stuff (i.e. signing up for the classes, and pay the court fines....).... Also should I bring BAIL MONEY??????

When you are under 21, consequences for DUI can be severe. You issue largely depends on how strict the judge is. My office handles these situations routinely in San Diego. If you would like to talk about this further please contact me at your earliest convenience.
