The second DUI alone depends on the jurisdiction, but there is a mandatory 96 hours in custody. Several counties want 10 days and you may be looking at 30-60 days, depending on your blood alcohol level and how long ago the first was.

If you're convicted of a DUI, you could also be in violation of your felony probation. If it's felony DUI probation, you're more than likely looking at going to prison. If it's felony probation for something other than DUI, then you could face up to the maximum left on the underlying felony probation case. What you'll actually get depends on the jurisdiction and particular facts of your case.

Needless to say, you need a good attorney.
