Legal Question in DUI Law in California

License Rstatement

I'am wondering what the procedure is to getting some type of license again. I have three offenses for DUI charges. First conviction 11/29/93 23152A, second 6/23/97 32152A, and the third 9/14/98 23152A. I have an ingnition interlock system, and know that I must enroll in a 18 month program, but once I start that can I get a resticted license. Any information to get started would be helpful.

Thank you for your time

Re: License Reinstatement

You should be eligible to get a work/school-restricted license for the final six months -- that is, after one year of suspension -- by filing proof of DUI school status, SR-22 (proof of insurance)and a $100 fee.
