How long can my license be suspended for one beer bottle in my wehicle if i was not under the influence and not given a DUI charge and under 18?

A minor in possession of alcohol conviction is usually a one-year driving suspension. Since you are under 18, it could possibly be longer, if you are dealing with the Juvenile Court
