Legal Question in DUI Law in California
i manage a house for a friend and i rent out rooms, i have a few tenants that are under 21 and they have friends that vfisit and they drink some times alot, then they leave, what happens legally to myself or the owner if this kid is caught drinking ?and also if the others are caught driving drunk or should get in an accident? are we responsible for there actions being as the tenant live here?
