Legal Question in DUI Law in California

if i miss a court date tomorrow and get a bench warrant is there anyway that I could have it dropped if I appear the next Wednesday?

It may be a little late now, but talk to your lawyer. Your lawyer may be able to appear for you. As to whether appearing next Wednesday will do, we do not have enough information to comment.
