First Offender Program or Second?

In 1992 I got DUI #2,all done with except the 18 month classes ( Judge ''deleted from conditions of probation '').Now 13 years later, I picked up a new one.Will this be considered #1 , and will I have to do First Offenders Program, or Second Offenders Program, or both?

DUI's in California go back 10 years now. If your second offense was 13 years ago, you may be treated as a first offender, but you may not be able to take a first offender's program. You might have more problems with the DMV instead of the courts. Good luck.
