im doing a report about how celeberties are treated with favortism under the law. DO you think paris hilton was let off easy? what are the charges normally for driving with a suspened license and dui how long is jail time?

Probably, on average about what Paris would've received if the judge hadn't sent her home early for other reasons.

(But then, I guess, she subsequently screwed up the conditions of her early release and because of that got sent back to finish that part of her jail sentence which had been suspended---some 25 days or so as I recall as a repeat offender)
